I have been using hydro heat for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, keen to help and are professional. The receptionist is lovely to deal with and jaz who carries out my boiler service for me has became a friendly face. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use them, great company!!

As always, an excellent service. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with a polite, friendly, manner. We enquired about other job possibilities and we were given all the information that we needed, with no pressure to make a commitment.

I would like to thank the engineer who came to fit my new boiler and also sort an additional problem that occurred over night regarding lack of water in the property. Jazz was so helpful had tremendous customer service and worked really hard to ensure everything was up and running before he left . He was a pleasure to have working in the house and so tidy . Excellent communication from arranging the appointment to arriving. Really pleased with my 2 new radiators plus a new valve on existing rad. House left clean and tidy too. Would definitely recommend to others.

There appears to be no issue Jazz Tate cannot deal with. He has just fitted a new oil boiler to replace our twenty year old boiler. When asked his advise on other plumbing issues, he just gets on with it, no issues, just good old fashion first class service. he must be the most happy, jolly plumber on the planet. Have no reservations in recommending this first class tradesman and not forgetting Becky at Hydro Heat HQ, who keeps everything under control. A fabulous team.

Hydro Heat installed a new boiler for us. They arrived promptly on the day, were very professional and completed the job in good time with no problems. The team were friendly and considerate of our property. I would most definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Two years ago, in preparation to having a bathroom makeover, Jazz updated our old conventional vented hot water cylinder and cold water storage tank to an unvented system.
This year Jazz and team installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler and fitted six new radiators.
Jazz is a very professional and knowledgeable tradesman. He shows great care and respect to the customer and their home - a truly nice guy!
I would thoroughly recommend Jazz at Hydro Heat.

I’ve used Jazz and the team at Hydro Heat for many years and they never, ever disappoint. From servicing boilers to installing new ones, changing radiators or simply issuing gas safety certificates the quality of their workmanship is always absolutely top class.

I wouldn’t call anyone else — they’re reliable, skilled, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. If only other trades were as great as Hydro Heat!

If anyone is looking for honest, hard working and genuinely nice tradesman for their heating and plumbing needs, Hydro Heat (Jazz) is who I would recommend. Jazz is always friendly, polite and incredibly knowledgeable and always has time to answer my stupid questions whilst he is working. Cannot fault the service and would gladly recommend the company to anyone who was in need of assistance.

Jazz and his team have been a dream, I wanted a long warranty boiler that was very efficient for low usage and Jazz understood and recommended the right boiler for me. The flue also needed realigning and there were obstacles to that but Jazz came up with the best solution out of everybody, I got quotes from about 8 different companies half were Valliant half were Worcester and British Gas. Jazz's quote was inline with market charges, but his customer service, responding to messages, knowledge, helpfulness was exceptional. The day of the job they arrived on time, knew what the expectations were and got everything done as planned, no surprises, all areas were left tidy and clean. Jazz even registered the warranty and I've received my gas safe certificate in the post. I am very happy I chose Hydro Heat and that they will be servicing my boiler for the next 10 years. Thanks again from a very grateful customer.

Superb quality service from Hydroheat today. Jaz attended last week when the very old bath taps gave up and we had no access to hot water in the bath. Becky put the quote in to the managing agent swiftly. Jaz arrived promptly today. He did an excellent job in a difficult and tight area. He was exceptionally clean although it was a messy job taking tiles off to get access. A pleasure to have such a pleasant, professional and skilled tradesmen in our home. Highly recommend Hydroheat!

Yet again hydro heating to help keep things moving. Arranged with the team to move our boiler due to building works. Not a issue. They arrived like they said with everything needed(less the sun as requested).
Smashed out the job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout. No question was silly and always there was a smile on there faces.

As part of the move they did my service to keep everything up todate.

As always I will be back to hydro heating for ally needs. Thank you for your help.

Hydro Heat provide an excellent service, and I have used them for several years now.

Their engineer Jazz Tate visited yesterday and he was fantastic. We have a 6 month old daughter and it has been difficult to get her to sleep, especially without being held. She was down for a nap when Jazz arrived but she woke up, and I was holding her on the sofa when Jazz finished. He had carried out his work as quietly as possible, and crept into the room where I was to show me a note that he had written on his phone, so as to explain everything he had done with the boiler without the need to talk. He then gathered his tools and let himself out as silently as possible, all of this without me asking or prompting. It was a simple act but showed an enormous amount of empathy on his part, and very important to me at this tricky time!

I would fully recommend Hydro Heat to anyone.

I had no recommendations for a good oil boiler engineer so I took a punt on Hydro Heat as they were local and had very good reviews. I can see why now. The level of service from Jazz, his knowledge and passion was excellent. As an existing customer he came out to us within hours to fix our ageing boiler which was not starting up when programmed. He knew immediately what the problem was and changed the offending part as he had one in his van, and within 30 or so minutes we had heat. Great level of service.

I called Hydro Heat because I suddenly had no central heating and no hot water. A lovely lady Becky said she would try to get someone out to me as soon as possible They came out that afternoon. Crucially I needed a new boiler. Jazz Tate loaned me a couple of heaters to keep me going. Informed me that they would be able to fit the new boiler five days later. They did. No mess! Polite, friendly, informative and trustworthy. the new system is wonderful, easy to use and far more economical to run than my old boiler. This company actually cares about their customers and the quality of service they provide, they really put themselves out to help you. I definitely recommend this firm.

I stumbled on Hydro Heat after my Oil boiler had gone into lockout and couldn't be reset. After calling, Jazz came to have a look and has since been battling with the boiler from hell as previous engineers had installed incorrect components and then adjusted everything to work for the wrong components. Jazz has been amazing throughout the painful experience of correcting other peoples wrong work to get my boiler working properly. If you are looking for a small local business that will go above and beyond (and then even further) then Hydro Heat are the people you need. I will always go back to them and can't recommend them enough.
